CODE OF ETHICS OF RUSSIAN WOOD ALLIANCE LTD

The Code contains the basic principles and rules of conduct (respect, honesty, quality, environmental friendliness, security) used by the Company as guidance in cooperating with all business participants (shareholders and ultimate beneficiaries, employees, buyers/suppliers, governmental bodies, local communities, non-profit public organizations).

The purpose of the Code is to create a system of relationships and corporate values ​​for efficient operation and long-lasting success of the Company.

The Company respects the principles of transparency and disclosure of information with the exception of information and data constituting commercial and business secrets in accordance with the Company’s internal regulations.

TRAINING AND CAREER ENHANCEMENT

The complex program of professional development of the personnel covering all categories of workers, engineers and technicians, as well as managers, is aimed at raising the personnel’s professional level and providing the enterprise with highly competent employees. The program’s goal is to create the necessary human resources which would ensure the dynamic development of the company in the future.

This program widely uses the internal resources of the enterprise; they are taken as the basis for retraining, training in related professions and carrier enhancement of the employees.

MEDICAL SERVICES

We consider the financing of health care programs for personnel to be social investments aimed at improving and enhancing the quality of life of our employees, as well as cost-effective investments at the same time.

The programs of medical services for the company’s employees include voluntary medical insurance at the company’s expense, regular medical examinations of personnel on the basis of the health centre of the enterprise, seasonal vaccination of the employees.

FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR EMPLOYEES

In addition to the regulation on working conditions, internal local documents provide for the measures of financial support for our employees: payment of one-time financial aid, provision of additional days of leave.
